You can enlarge the inlet bore if required by the characteristics of the liquid (material) transferred. Then you can input any hard-to-handle high-viscosity liquid into the enlarged bore smoothly. The model with a screw conveyor (PAT.P) or paddle is available for dried out or bridge-forming materials. The inlet with a flange is availabe, of course, if you need it.
The pump is under less radial load theoretically, so it can pressure-feed the liquid (material) applying no shearing force to it. Accordingly, it can send any fragile materials smoothly.
The pump pushes the liquid straight in the direction of thrust, causing no turning power or agitation to the liquid.
So it is suited to transferring sensitive foods which may change in taste or characteristics if stirred.
Supply constant volume without pulsation
This pump is of the volume-type and continuously-turning type, so it causes no pulsation or is not affected by whether the fluid has high or low viscosity or whether it has lubricity or not. Accordingly, it is suited to transfer the liquid requiring sensitive adjustment, such as addition, preparation, composition.
No turning section of the pump contact with each other, so it never occurs that any broken metal piece caused by wear may be mixed into the fluid, or that liquid may be affected by frictional heat.
Considering the sanitariness, the pump is so structured that you can disassemble and wash it by yourself easily.
Remove the casing, and the section contacting with the liquid will be exposed entirely leaving no narrow recession or gap hidden. So you can wash it quickly and completely.
After a paint or the like has been sent by the pump, just drive the pump with a cleaner solvent, and the sections which contacted with the liquid will be cleaned.
Self-suction type which can send a variety of materials ranging from beer to bean curd refuse
The pump is of the volume type with a unique mechanism; it requires no primer water, and can run self-sucting the fluid always.
It is a best selection, too, for a liquid which has particles mixed in or which causes wear, as well as other common liquids. It is not affected, also, by whether the fluid has high or low viscosity or whether it has lubricity or not.
The pump has no awkwardness in structure, and can transfer the materials smoothly. Accordingly, it runs very silently.
